There are no additional shipping or delivery charges for orders within our serviceable areas.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are freshly ground and hygienically packaged at our own manufacturing unit in Dahegam, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We use carefully selected wheat and traditional Chakki grinding methods to deliver fresh, pure and quality atta to your home.
What is the return policy?
We maintain strict quality standards for every Dharito product. Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or quality-compromised product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
If there is valid evidence that the product contains Maida, added chemicals, preservatives, or any other quality issue contrary to Dharito’s product claims, our team will verify the concern and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

When will I get my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation. In most cases, same-day or next-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cut-off time. Our team will contact you once your order is ready for dispatch.
